Stefan M. Lopatkiewicz left his position of General Counsel in July of 2024 to concentrate on his mediation and arbitration practice. He previously enjoyed a distinguished career as a strategic advisor working for international telecommunications enterprises. Stefan’s specialized expertise includes contract and dispute negotiation and resolution, government procurement regulations, telecommunications, regulatory compliance, private equity finance, cybersecurity, international business, and corporate governance and strategies.

Stefan concentrates his ADR practice on the resolution of commercial, employment, finance, cybersecurity, contract and intellectual property disputes. He is a member of Resolute Systems’ commercial and employment neutral panels. He is also an arbitrator with FINRA where he arbitrates securities and employment matters.
